Coaching has become an effective tool that successful people can utilize to help obtain their goals.
Using coaching tools, our clients identify what is most important to them, and identify whether they are living a congruent life.
After the initial face to face meeting (1.5 hours) there is a commitment of meeting 3 times a month for 3 months.
Coaching consists of 45 minute sessions each week to identify and work on areas of improvement, set goals, track progress and coach to perform. It is recommended that participants plan to set aside at least one hour in order to leave time for 15 minutes before and after the session.
