Coaching has become an effective tool that successful people can utilize to help obtain their goals.We specialize in individuals who are starting a new venture, seemed to be repeating mistakes or are in need of a little motivation.
Using coaching tools, our clients identify what is most important to them, and identify whether they are living a congruent life.
After the initial face to face meeting (1.5 hours) there is a commitment of meeting 3 times a month for 3 months.
Coaching consists of 45 minute sessions each week to identify and work on areas of improvement, set goals, track progress and coach to perform.
